Frequently Asked Questions
How are you delivering streams/plays?
Spotify tracks are promoted across Universal Music Group’s private network of fans. In addition, your track(s) will also be sent to our partner list that includes DJ’s, online radio stations, and Spotify playlists. We only need you to provide us your Spotify url to the track(s) you would like promoted.
Are plays guaranteed?
We 100% guarantee that your song(s) will will be promoted until the number of streams you have ordered are delivered and listened to by the fans on our networks. If for some reason we do not accomplish this then we will issue you a refund.
Will I make money back?
Yes. Spotify pays a royalty rate on each and every stream that your track(s) receives. Obviously, the higher amount of streams you receive the more money you will receive in royalties on your next statement from your PRO(Performing Rights Organization).
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Yes. You should receive all plays in maximum five days after your order is complete. If you have not received at least that number of plays, we will refund you 100% on that order.
When will my campaign start?
Fans are delivered to your track(s) usually within 24-48 hours after receiving your order.
Can you deliver plays to just any track?
Tracks must be more than 1 minute of length and they must be available in the U.S. market. We are currently able to ensure streams only for tracks in the U.S. market. We review each order before submission, so please no tracks of silence, noise or any other funny scam business.
What users will play my track?
Your tracks will be played almost entirely by fans within the U.S. We cannot guarantee whether those fan accounts will be free or premium accounts. Royalty rates are higher for streams that come from premium accounts on Spotify.
Can you provide me track statistics for my campaign?
We can only record and store track plays counts and popularity after you order this service. Spotify does not provide access to tracks historical data.
Can I order statistics for any track?
Yes, you can purchase analytic statistics for any track in your Spotify catalog, even your competition in the genre so you can compare. Fact is, this is exactly what most of our clients use this service for. The fee for this report is $75. Make sure to contact us after you have placed an order if you would like to also purchase the $75 Analytics Report add-on package for your campaign.
My track received no streams yesterday, according to Spotify plays count
Spotify usually updates the plays count for all tracks in the catalog around 8am PDT. Sometimes they fail to do so and none of the tracks in its entire system are updated. Stay calm – Spotify will accumulate the missed streams in the next day’s update.
